2007 Freight POLICY

FREIGHT ALLOWED FROM THE FACTORY:

1. Bergen Factory: Western Massachusetts
2. $1,250.00 Minimum on Standard Pricing (Orders Must Be Shipped Complete)
3. Minimum order $100.00
4. Matrix, UV & T-5 Tubes ship PLUS FREIGHT from Las Vegas & can not be combined for PPA orders.
5. There will be a $25 below minimum chg. for all orders below $50 & a $15 chg. for orders below $100.
   

AGENT’S STOCK:

1. All Products Plus Freight from Rep Warehouse
2. Will Call Available

TERMS:

1. Payment is NET 30
2. No 2% C.D. Allowed

RETURNED GOODS:

• All requests for credit returns must be authorized with an RGA# prior to returning.
• An RGA will not be issued for any item older than 60 days from the date of invoice.
• Delivery of goods returned without authorization may be refused from carrier. Minimum
• Charge to restock is $25 or 20% of the invoice value, whichever is greater. Also, Freight is
  to be prepaid. Custom units and installed Temporary Lighting Units are not returnable.
  

DAMAGED GOODS:

Upon receipt of damaged or short shipments a notaation must be made at time of receipt on the Bill of Lading. Bill of Lading is to be faxed to Bergen stating the damages so an appropriate claim can be made and credit isssued.

WARRANTY:

Bergen guarantees that its products are free from material & workmanship defects when used as intended. Bergen will replace any product, which is proven defective within 60 days of the invoice date, provided the customer provides Bergen with sufficient evidence of defect. Bergen Industries, Inc. disclaims any and all liability for damages where products made, and/or sold by Bergen Industries are installed and used improperly. Tube Guards are for safety and ecorative purposes only, and are not foer special filtering purposes unless specified. Regular polycarbonate tube guards are not to be used in certain applications such as agricultural installations where ammonia is present, photo processing, graphic printing installation, computer chip manufacturing, etc. For Specialty filtering or Specialty application, please consult factory.
